4. User Obligations.You will be fully responsible for what you would have used of application and website such as booking, consultations with doctors and medical records. We assume you have provided accurate, authorized, information when submitting required information or materials on myancare application. If any false, inaccurate, untrue, unauthorized information is submitted by you, Myancare reserves the right to terminate your access and shall not be obligated to wrong giving medical advices and treatments.
